"TRECESSON PROJECT - Chib - Kayrand"

Chib - Kayrand Area Veins

The Chib - Kayrand Area includes Knick’s Scheelite Vein in L 8 - RVI & the Chib - Kayrand Veins in L 10 to 14 - RVI & L 11 to 13 - RVII, Dalquier Twp. (excess credits of $3,425.50). These Au +/- W, Ag & Cu bearing veins are situated near or along the eastern boundary of the Trecesson Pluton, 4 to 4.5 km. east to east-northeast of the North Cossette Vein. The area is presently being prospected by Knick Exploration.

The Scheelite Vein was found by Knick Exploration in 2012 in old, not recorded workings. The vein is approximately 0.5 m. wide and is exposed along northwest strike length of 90 m. Grab samples contained 5.55, 7.44, & 51.19 g/t Au and 105 to 251 ppm W.

The former Globex - Chib Kayrand property contains at least 12 Au (+/- W, Cu & Ag) bearing quartz veins, striking at different orientations along the eastern boundary of the pluton. Work on these veins began in 1925 & has been concentrated between 1934 & 1951, since 1951 very little work has been performed on the veins.

Highlights of the best veins include:

# 1 (Shaft) Vein - In 1935 an inclined shaft was sunk for 38m. to the 33m. level & 330 m. of drifting completed. An inferred shoot of 2,500 tonnes grading 10.3 g/t Au was removed from the 33 m. level and a 18 m. by 1.8 m. cut of the vein at this level assayed 14.4 g/t Au. Old reports indicate that this vein has been traced on surface for 24 m. at an average width of 1.7 m., assaying 11 g/t Au.

# 12 Vein - It was discovered in 1940 while drilling in a swampy area along strike, north-northwest of # 1 Vein (no logs found). Two substantial quartz lenses were intersected along a 275 m. strike length. Au assays up to 10.3 g/t over 1 m. have been reported.

Goyette Vein - Is exposed on surface for 90 m. at a 1.5 m. width & contains pyrite. No Au assay results have been found. The #1, Goyette & # 12 Veins are considered to be one vein with a strike length of 900 m. (Ministre des Resources du Quebec report ET98-04).

# 9 Vein - This vein contains Au & scheelite, is exposed for 450 m. in trenches - pits & was intersected in drill holes. It is 1.22 to 6.1 m. in width & in 1951, G. Dumont reports that a 13,500 lb. (6,136 kg.) bulk sample assayed 0.45% WO3 (4.4 g/t Au equivelent) & 1 g/t Au. A 1940 grab sample contained 2.72% W & a 2012 Knick grab samples assayed 39.33 g/t Au and another sample using metallic sieve assay return 420.37g/t (12.27oz/ton) gold.

# 7 Vein - It is exposed on surface in old trenches & pits for 45 m., at an average width of 0.3 m. Sampling by Jack Stoch in 2005 shows that this vein contains up to 21 g/t Au & grab samples collected by Knick Exploration in 2012 assayed 6.27 & 14.13 g/t Au. Vein #7 is situated 300m southwest of Knicks’ Chib-Kayrand mine shaft.

# 6 Vein - Averages 0.8 m. in width along 4.5 m. Au values of 9.02 & 1.61 g/t were obtained in grab samples collected by Jack Stoch in 2005 & Knick Exploration in 2012, respectively.

# 11 Vein - An Au assay of 8.9 g/t has been reported along a 46 m. exposure in old workings. The vein has an average width of 0.3 m.

Gold Star Vein - Is a tabular quartz stockwork mass 8 m. wide & exposed along 305 m. Au values of up to 88 g/t, have been reported and scheelite & visible gold have been discovered in this vein.

West of the Gold Star Vein - Jack Stoch (2005) collected samples containing 57.3 g/t Ag - 1.96% Cu & 55.9 g/t Ag - 1.93% Cu in old trenches & pits.
