OGDEN GOLD PROJECT
Timmins Mining Camp, Ontario
Historical Gold Production: 70 Million Ounces

In production since the early 1900s, the Timmins area has produced in excess of
70 M ounces of gold. Knick Exploration's Ogden property is located within the
camp's western extension in proximity to Lake Shore Gold's producing mine which
hosts the West Timmins gold deposit having an indicated reserve of 905,000
ounces gold.
Proximal to the property is Explor Resources Inc., West
Timmins Mining Inc. and Melkior Resources Inc. who have recently released news
of significant gold intersections in their project areas.
Having completed magnetic and electromagnetic surveys in March 2010 with an
ongoing induced polarization survey, the Company is planning an
exploration program on its 100% owned Ogden property. The geophysical survey
results will be used to identify drill targets in preparation of a major diamond
drilling campaign.
A historical drill hole returned 6.0g/t over 9.1m (1965 Tex-Sol Exploration).
Previous reconnaissance exploration work by Inmet Mines defined several induced
polarization anomalies. These are potential drill targets.
The Ogden property geology appears to be the mirror image of the Lakeshore Gold
Property and the Bristol Creek fault, related to the Timmins West gold deposit
and extends eastward from the Lake Shore Gold property onto the Ogden property.
Proximal to the property is Lake Shore Gold Corp. LSG-(TSX), West Timmins Mining
Inc. WTM-(TSX.V) and Melkior Resources Inc. MKR-(TSX.V) who have recently
released news of significant gold intersections in their project areas.
The Ogden property's geology invites discovery. Geological patterns repeat
themselves as do discoveries. We are excited by this acquisition since it lies
in one of the World's most prolific gold areas, the Timmins Mining Camp and is
now part of the Company's strategic portfolio.
