EAST-WEST GOLD PROJECT

Val-d'Or Mining Camp, Quebec
Historical Gold Production: 18.4 Million Ounces

The Cadillac, Malartic and Val-d'Or mining camps, which today have seen gold production exceeding 45 M ounces, comprise the eastern portion of the prolific Abitibi Gold District.

Located at the heart of Quebec's Abitibi Gold District, approximately 11 km west of the town of Val-d’Or, Knick Exploration's East-West gold property lies east of Osisko Mining’s Canadian Malartic mine site and Aurizon’s past producing Marban mine. Nearby to the east, Wesdome Kiena and Agnico-Eagle Goldex mines are both in production.

Knick Exploration has completed its phase 1, 7,000 meter drilling campaign and is planning for an additional 10,000 meters to confirm gold continuity at depth. The Company expects several announcements throughout 2010 and 2011.

VISIBLE GOLD IN CORE SAMPLEBased on geological similarities with nearby gold producing mines, Knick Exploration management is confident about the property’s mineral potential and prospect for future mine development. With over 80 million ounces of gold produced, the Abitibi Gold District is an established mining area and the Company’s positioning within it is optimal.

Historical Background

Sporadic gold exploration work has been carried out on the East-West property since 1935. Until currently, the most recent work on the property was diamond drilling by Cache d’Or Resources Inc. in 1987. The previous work has led to the discovery of two definite zones of gold mineralization on the northern part of the property. The zones have only been tested to approximately 200m depth. The west zone has seen the majority of drilling and has returned historic values of up to 2.32oz/t gold over 13.0 feet. Limited diamond drilling has been completed on the East zone.

The north part property is underlain by metavolcanic rocks of the Jacola Formation, Val d’Or Formation and Kewagama Group which have been intruded by mafic and ultra mafic rocks. The southern most part of the claim block is underlain by meta- sedimentary rocks of the Cadillac Group.

Knick Exploration Inc. was founded in January of 2009. The East-West property was acquired as its flagship property and line cutting was completed in May 2009 over the northern part of the property.

Geophysical work, consisting of induced polarization surveying, detailed-total field magnetic surveying and VLF electromagnetic surveying was completed on the grid in June. The geophysical data is currently being processed for drill target selection.

At present a diamond drill program is being prepared to verify historic gold intercepts and test their potential at depth and along strike.

During the line cutting and geophysical surveys an area of outcrop was located and numerous old trenches were found in the vicinity of the outcrop. Co-relation of the geophysics and outcrop/trenched area will be preformed in conjunction with geological mapping, prospecting and sampling and followed up with a program of mechanical stripping if warranted.
