The East-West property is located approximately 11 km west of the town of Val-d’Or. It consists of 7 staked claims covering 184 hectares (770 acres) in Dubuisson Township, Quebec. Along strike from the East-West property, 0.5km to the west lies the Marban mine, a past gold producer and 2.5 km to the east is Wesdome Gold Mine Ltd’s gold producing Kiena mine.

MALARTIC WEST PROPERTY - Cadillac and Malartic Mining Camps

The Malartic West property consists of 15 mineral claims covering a total of 593 acres in Cadillac Township, 32 km west of Val-d’Or, Quebec, in the Malartic-Cadillac area of the Val-d’Or mining camp. It lies 9 km northwest along strike from the Canadian Malartic gold property belonging to Osisko Exploration Ltd. (TSX-OSK, Frankfurt-EWX), in approximately the same stratigraphic level within the Pontiac metasediments. The Canadian Malartic gold property has a resource of 287.7 million tonnes grading 0.85 g/t gold, equivalent to 6.55 million ounces of contained gold.

TRECESSON PROPERTY - Amos, Quebec

The first exploration work on the Trecesson property dates back to 1925, when Etoile d’Or Ltd. had a 20-man crew on site. Subsequent exploration programs were reported from 1933 to 1990. During this period, geophysical and geological surveys and with 54 drill holes totalling 3,652 m. were
completed, along with stripping, blasting, and grab and channel sampling. The best results were
obtained by Noranda Mines around 1938 in channel sampling, with 5.7 g/t Au over 61 m at an
average width of 1.43 m on the north Cossette vein. In 1964, Transcona Exploration obtained 8.899
g/t Au over 36.6 m.

OGDEN PROPERTY - Timmins Mining Camp, Ontario
Historical Gold Production: 70 Million Ounces

The Ogden property is located approximately 12km southwest of the city of Timmins. It consists of 8 claims totaling 70 claim units covering 1,120 hectares (2,767 acres) in Ogden Township. Since 1909 the Timmins Mining Camp has produced over 70 million ounces of gold (e.g. The Hollinger-McIntyre Mines with about 30 million ounces of combined production and Dome mine with approximately15 million ounces production).
