The northwest extension of the Number 1 Vein, the Number 1 Vein and the Goyette Vein, comprise the Number 1 Vein system, having a total strike length of 900m (2952 ft.) KNICK TO REVIEW POLYMETALIC POTENTIAL AT TRECESSON

Val-d'Or, Quebec, November 11, 2014, | Knick Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: KNX) at present Knick is continuing to work on advancing its flagship Trecesson Gold-Tungsten-Base-metal Property. In early November 2014 preliminary mapping, prospecting and sampling was performed on the Mallich Area base-metal occurrence of the Trecesson Property as part of Knick's review and verification process of its polymetallic potential of the property. The work was performed in the vicinity of historical drill holes M-9 and M-12 which intersected 1.28% Zn, 0.33% Cu, 0.32oz Ag/t over 15.2 m, and 0.69% Zn, 0.17% Cu over 19.8 m, respectively (43-101, Trecesson Property, 2013). A total of 13 historical trenches and 2 drill hole casings were located and ten grab samples were collected. Sample results are pending.

KNICK POSTS 1951 GEORGE DUMONT REPORT ON TUNGSTEN, TRECESSON PROPERTY AREA, QUEBEC

(TSX-V: KNX) is pleased to report the posting on the company's website of the 1951 George Dumont Report on Tungsten in the Vein No. 9 area of Knick's flagship Trecesson Property, Quebec. Mr. G. Dumont reported in 1951 that a 13,500 lb. (6,136 kg.) bulk sample from Vein No. 9 assayed 0.45% tungsten tri-oxide and 1g/t gold (reference: GM4150-A). The report describes the main showing as consisting of a stringer zone 6.1m to 9.1m wide and is the southerly continuation of Vein No. 9 and that six holes were drilled intersecting the #9 Vein and "new parallel striking veins" at vertical depths of up to 91m (300 ft.) and over a strike length of 235m (770feet). The hole, TRE-85-12, was drilled by Radisson Mining Resources Inc. (TSX-V:RDS) in 1985 with a historical intercept of 1.4g/t over 3.19 meters, down hole width from12.96 to 16.15 meters (reference: GM 43096).

A grid has been established and geological mapping, sampling, and geophysical surveys are being performed where initial prospecting and sampling by Knick in 2011 located trench workings and returned gold. During the 2011 prospecting, 65 samples were collected of which 40.0% assayed greater than 0.1g/t gold and 10.8% assayed greater than 1.0g/t. Results greater than 1g/t gold, previously released, are tabled below.

URANIUM-LEAD ZIRCON AGE DATING ON THE TRECESSON BATHOLITH

The geochronology study yielded an age of 2711.0 ± 1.2 Ma interpreted to represent the timing of emplacement of the granite. Peripheral to the Trecesson Batholith felsic volcanics of the "Lac Arthur Group" have been U-Pb age dated at 2714 ± 3 Ma (RNFQ, RP 2010-04, Goutier J. et al., original work Labbè 1999).

KNICK TO FOCUS ON ITS TUNGSTEN ASSETS

Val-d'Or, Quebec, January 14, 2014, | Knick Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: KNX) is pleased to report that it will be concentrating its exploration effort on its tungsten assets of the Trecesson Property for the immediate future. The tungsten area is host to 2 main veins. The number 9 vein having a strike length of 450 meters and reported widths up to 7 meters and the Scheelite Vein which has been traced for a length of 250 meters. Initial 2013 grab samples results from "Vein No. 9" by Knick ran 0.64%, 0.63% and 0.55% tungsten tri-oxide and a grab sample that assayed 420.37g/t gold returned 0.2% tungsten-trioxide. The Scheelite Vein area has returned tungsten with gold as 3.2% tungsten tri-oxide (WO3) in a grab sample which assayed 51g/t gold.
