hole EW-11-30 on the Raven Gold Zone returned 6.1g/t gold over 6.7m
(0.18oz/ton gold over 22.0 ft), down hole intercept from 73.60 to 80.30m.
The 6.1g/t over 6.7m intercept represents an intersection of quartz
veining and altered host rock. Sections within this intercept as well as
other assays will be posted on the web site.

RAVEN GOLD ZONE SPREADS WINGS

is pleased to report positive results from the 2010 channel sampling of
its Raven Gold Zone. To date 27 channel samples have retuned assays
between 1.0g/t gold and 15.3g/t gold. The samples are from both the east
and west mechanically stripped extensions of the 2009 discovery. On the
western extension of the Raven Gold Zone values occur in the well
developed quartz veining which overlies a hole to hole 3D IP anomaly
located at 100m depth (see press release Sept 16, 2010). The IP anomaly is
considered a priority target in the upcoming drill program.

HOLE TO HOLE 3D I.P. VECTORS DRILL TARGETS

is pleased to report priority drill targets have been vectored by the hole
to hole 3D induced polarization (I.P.) survey completed on its flag ship
East-West property. The survey performed in the area of the Raven Gold
Zone indicates 4 anomalies in the vicinity of and beneath the recent
mechanical stripping that exposed the Raven Gold Zone at surface (see news
releases May 26 and September 16, 2010). One of the anomalies lies 100m
below the western area of stripping where well developed quartz veining is
exposed. The I.P. anomalies are prioritized among the primary drill
targets in the upcoming East-West drill program.

d’un programme de 3 000 mètres de forages au diamant pour tester la
minéralisation aurifère de type « Osisko » sur sa propriété Malartic
Ouest, située dans le canton Cadillac au Québec. Ce programme comprend la
vérification d’anomalies de polarisation provoquée et électromagnétiques à
très basse fréquence et de régions de croisement de structures spécifiques
identifiées par une récente étude intégrée d’image satellite au sol.

décapage mécanique, de cartographie et d’échantillonnage sur la nouvelle
zone aurifère identifiée sur la portion Est de sa propriété East-West
(voir communiqués de presse du 29 juillet et du 1er septembre 2009). Les
décapages ont mis à jour une zone de cisaillement et de veines de quartz
sur un secteur de 15 x 85 mètres. Les échantillons en rainure ont retourné
des valeurs allant jusqu’à 38,26 g/t d’or sur 0,50 m.

non-brokered private placement for a maximum amount of $2.5 million
through the sale of up to 3,333,333 A Units priced at $0.30 each and up to
3,750,000 B Units priced at $0.40 each. Each A Unit comprises one
non-flow-through common share and half a warrant, with each whole warrant
entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of Knick at a
price of $0.50 for a period of two years following the closing of the
private placement. Each B Unit comprises one flow-through common share.

KNICK DÉCOUVRE UNE NOUVELLE ZONE AURIFÈRE
Val-d’Or, Québec, le 1er septembre 2009 – Exploration Knick inc. (TSX-V:
KNX) (« Exploration Knick » ou « la Société ») est heureuse d’annoncer la
découverte d’une nouvelle zone aurifère sur la portion Est de sa propriété
East-West. Cette découverte fait suite aux travaux d’échantillonnage de
surface entrepris à proximité des tranchées qui avaient été creusées dans
les années 30 (voir communiqué de presse du 29 juillet 2009). Deux des
échantillons choisis recueillis à des intervalles de 50 mètres ont
retourné des valeurs de 10,49 g/t Au et 8,61 g/t Au. Ce secteur fera
l’objet de décapage mécanique, de cartographie et d’échantillonnage à
compter de la mi-septembre.

a complété un total de 1301 mètres de forage (six sondages) sur sa
propriété East-West, détenue à 100 % et située sur les extensions
latérales entre la mine Kiena (Wesdome Mining Ltd., TSX–WDO) et l’ancienne
mine Marban (Niogold Mining Corp., TSX.V-NOX), dans le camp minier de
Val-d’Or. De l’or visible a été retrouvé dans le sondage LEO-09-06, dont
l’image peut être visionnée sur le site Internet de Knick. Ces sondages
font partie d’une première phase de forage totalisant 3 500 mètres
actuellement en cours sur la portion Ouest de la propriété. La Société
procède présentement à la description et à l’échantillonnage des sondages
effectués.

KNICK EXPLORATION HIRES FIRST CANADIAN FOR INVESTOR RELATIONS
Val-d’Or, Quebec, July 28, 2009 – Knick Exploration Inc. (TSX-V: KNX)
(“Knick Exploration” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has
retained First Canadian Capital Corp. (“First Canadian”) as a consultant
to provide strategic marketing and corporate communications. Under the
terms of the agreement, Knick will pay First Canadian C$5,000 per month
for a twelve-month initial term and grant 175,000 stock options at an
exercise price of C$0.25. First Canadian will assist Knick in opening
productive and continuing dialogue with private investors, analysts,
brokers, money managers and other financial professionals.

a entamé la première phase d’un programme de forage visant un minimum de 3
500 mètres sur sa propriété East-West, détenue à 100 %, située sur les
extensions latérales entre la mine Kiena (Wesdome Mining Ltd., TSX–WDO) et
l’ancienne mine Marban (Niogold Mining Corp., TSX.V-NOX), dans le camp
minier de Val-d’Or. Les travaux sont effectués par Forage G4 ltée de
Val-d’Or.
