Gordon Neil Henriksen

Vice-President & Director

Mr. Henriksen graduated from Concordia University in 1986 with a B.Sc. in geology. He has over 30 years of experience in the exploration for and valuation of precious, base metal and other deposits. Over the course of his career, Mr. Henriksen has served as an exploration and consultant geologist for the Geological Survey of Canada and numerous private exploration firms, junior mining companies and prospectors. He presently acts as a senior consulting geologist for several junior exploration companies and President of Crus Tal Explorations Inc. Mr. Henriksen has been a director of Knick since October 2007.

Mr. Brunelle is a businessman with over 30 years of experience in mining exploration. Before joining Knick in 2007, Mr. Brunelle spent five years with Niogold Mining Corporation Inc., first as President and founder and then as director of investor relations. Prior to that, he was President of Nomans Resources Inc., a private exploration company. Mr. Brunelle has been a director of Knick since October 2007.

Mr. R.C. Bryce

has a BSc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Toronto (1960) and an MBA from Western University (1964). He has many years of experience in the mining industry in terms of its aspects, technical practice and management.

From 1975 to 1990 he led the Selbaie project from advanced exploration to mine production of 5,000 tonnes per day. Selbaie was the largest base metal mine in Quebec for nearly a quarter century.

From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Bryce was Vice President, Mining for Aur Resources, Val d’Or, Quebec. He led the project development stage of the deposit, $280 million, to the operation of the Louvicourt Mine which produced 4,000 tons per day of Cu-Zn-Ag-Au ore.

Mr. Bryce founded ABE Resources, a publicly listed company, in 1996 and chaired until 2007. He has also previously served on the board of several junior other listed companies.

Alain Thivierge

Mr. Thivierge has an MBA from the University of Ottawa. Since August 2005, he has worked as an Export Commissioner and at the Technology Business Development Center et premier répondant de l’Outawais au Qweb groupe régions, where he launched the Service de soutien à l’exportation et à la promotion de l’Outaouais à l’échelle internationale. From February 1998 until August 2005, Mr. Thivierge was Export Commissioner for 48 Nord International, where he started the Commissariat à l’exportation et à la promotion du Nord du Québec à l’échelle internationale.

Together with other Canadian organizations, he has worked to promote new exporters and the international reach of the region as a whole. Mr. Thivierge is a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec, a founding member of the Association des commissaires à l’exportation du Québec and a member of RECOMEX. Mr. Thivierge is a frequent guest speaker in Quebec, as well as in Mexico, Argentina, Chili and Peru.

Marc-Antoine Jetté

MBA, Director

Mr. Jetté is a marketing lecturer at the Université du Québec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue (UQAT), and an entrepreneur involved in tourism and construction. His experiences led him to an extended knowledge on organizational strategy, new medias and community relations.

His experience in the mineral industry has been acquired as an investor, a business development manager for Meglab Electronique, and as a development manager at the Old Lamaque Mine heritage site, in Val-d’Or. Mr. Jetté holds a Masters in Business Administration from UQAT, and he has been a director of Knick since December 2015.
